JUST got mine, have only eaten it off a spoon so far...Has a somewhat familiar flavor to start, then begins to make its own distinct mark - a good one! Been a couple minutes and the description reins true - just a nice warmth, not a burn or sting - I think its a keeper!! Will try some on a hog I'm doing tomorrow Cool
To those who poo-poo'd sauce in the mail, this is a professional tasting, looking and packaged product, your loss!
Just did a shot, straight out the bottle - something of a mild fruit flavor hint, but none listed...must be the chili's!!!The warmth is building - I LIKE IT!

I received your sauce in the mail today.

The packaging was excellent. Very professional, easy to read, and informative.

The taste right out of the bottle was very nice. Perfect sweetness, and tangyness, with a good amount of smokey flavor, and a nice lingering spiciness to it.

I really enjoyed it, and would absolutely purchase it.

I'll update my post once I have tried it cooked on something.

Thanks for the sample. You have a great tasting product!

Just opened my package. Nice label. Easy to read. I think your description on the bottle nailed it. Nice smokey sweet flavor up front. Definitely a fruity note to it. I didn't get any tanginess that you would have with a vinegar based sauce but there is a nice little kick on the backside.

I've started using a chipotle honey rub I found at Bass Pro Shop and this is a perfect sauce to go with it. I also think this would be excellent on brisket if you use a southwestern type of rub.

Overall I would give this a definite thumbs up and would not hesitate to purchase a bottle if I saw it at my local Whole Foods Market. Very nice job gentlemen!! Thank you for the opportunity to sample it!

Just got my sample today as well. The packaging was good, Very nice labeling (Description) of the product. Shook the bottle well to make sure it was mixed up good after transit. First impression was a sweet and smokey flavor with a backside of tang. After a few seconds on the tongue a subtle heat started to insinuate itself into the other flavors. I really like it and would most definitely buy it if it was on the shelf at the local grocer and even online if the price was right.

Job well done!

PS: If you would come up with a complementary (taste wise) rub to go along with that sauce it would be an awesome combination

Smoked a 9lb butt yesterday, and tried your sauce on the pulled pork sandwiches. It was so good. Please let me know where/when I can buy more of this sauce.

Got my sample this past weekend as I was on my motorcycle ride. Tried it out last night since we had some chicken thighs to cook up. I was forced to use the gasser since we didn't have a whole lot of time due to other things going on as well.

All I did was strip the excess fat off the thigh and remove the skin off two of the four of them (wife and I both got one with skin and one without). I decided to do a head-to-head with Sweet Baby Ray's.

The sauce is not as thick as SBR's which is nice except when you are trying to get a nice thick coating on the meat in one swath. Doing multiple layers with a chance to glaze on the meat would work fine though. I just did one layer on either side of the meat as it was finishing cooking.

The sauce has more depth of flavor than SBR's and then also has the nice heat at the end like everyone else is saying. It wouldn't be too much heat for most except those wimps (like my mom) that can't handle any heat.

I would buy it, especially if it was available locally.

Got mine this afternoon. Good stuff IMO. I like the touch of vanilla in it.
I will figure something to cook with it this weekend and take pictures along with a small write up.
An accompanying rub would be good, i imagine.
