I just completed an event from Saturday, Sold out of 200 pounds of pulled pork, 50 racks of ribs and 60 pounds of chicken wings, plus sides. It was by far the best one day event I have had this season. Couldn't have asked for a better day of weather! I can't say this enough, I really appreciate the information you veterns provide on this website, I continue to get more effecient as the year goes on!

where was the event?how many people?

Thanks for the help with pics. I edited my original post and this is the link to the photo alblum with all the pics.

@ Mr Tony - I never gave it some thought, but your correct, i didn't add up weight on ribs and wings, 3 cases of ribs and 60 pounds of wings so it was at least another 100 lbs. Either way it was the best one day gig I have had this season!

Someone asked also, the event had I would guess somewhere around 5000 - 8000 people and there were 10 food vendors, everyone had their own items, so I was the only guy slinging Q. It was in Central Ohio also.
