I am looking at selling sausage biscuits are an up coming church event. I will be making breakfast fatties and severing them on the biscuits as well. I will be cooking the sausage and fatties on site.

Since I will be cooking the biscuits a few hours before the event how can I keep them warm? I was thinking that I could wrap say 10 biscuits in some foil then wrap that in a towel. I would continue to make these packages until I had enough to fill a cool. Before placing the biscuits in the cooler I would heat the cooler with boiling water.

Anyone have any other suggestions? I will not have access to electricity so anything that requires power is out.

Pillsbury makes frozen, precooked biscuits.

Heat em up on the smoker as needed.

I use them on my breakfast sandwich's every Sat. at our
Market, never had a complaint just compliments. Heat them
up on the flat top as I make the eggs and meat.

I've never seen them at any of the SuperCenters (5) in my area.

Thanks for all the replies.

I did not think of using already cooked biscuits and just warming them up on site.

Most likely I will go with this idea.

In N.Y. we are in the mountains and the trip to Sam's
is a little over an hour drive each way, We get most
of our supplies from them so we try to plan a trip every
two weeks. When in FL. not so bad, only about a 15min.
drive.

There`s a Sam`s 76 miles from us but its hard to justify a trip plus membership @ 3.67 a gallon.
Might have to just buy a membership and make the trip for catering and concession supplies but then again freezer space is limited too. Rolling Eyes
