Hello everyone new to forum. I have a char-griller with a side smoke box. Would like a bigger smoker combo.
Just made a 9 lb pork shoulder this weekend with applewood and lump charcoal. Took 13.5 hours, didn't have to wrap it and cooler it. Family loved it. Been smoking for awhile now.
