What are you cooking on?
What temperatures are you cooking at?
Do you foil now?
What temperature do you foil at?
Do you inject?
What do you inject?
Where about in the country are you? _________________ Here's a change Robert.

Nothing but practice and a lot of reading on various bbq forums can help you get it right. Lots and lots of discussions on brisket every where, even youtube videos. _________________ SMOKE AND SPICE MAKE EVERYTHING NICE! |
