Like the heading says I'm new to the Q scene as a smoker, so wanted to share some pics of my first couple of smokes using my WSM I got last Thursday. The first couple of pics are ABT's, then just some polish sausage and hot links, the rest is 5 slabs of pork ribs. Feed back is welcome.

I ran this through an interpreter that speaks the mysterious language known as SoEzzy and he told me in English it translates to "welcome to my humble aboad....follow these simple rules and you'll never meet the bouncer". I guess it is like chinese....I always wonder how they get 3 sentences out of 4 squigly things. Razz
