Hello all,
First I want to say thanks to everyone on this forum for all the help. I just became a member but I have been surfing here for some time to get smoker build help and found plenty of it! I am from Georgia in Fayette County, just south of Atlanta. I have been wanting a smoker for quite sometime and after reading many posts I jumped in feet first making my own, but it's a work in progress. It is a hybrid reverse flow cooker with a small heat box, made from a propane tank. There is still some work left to be done but here are some pics for now. I have cooked once in it and did fairly well but lots to learn and experiment with. I have done some small cooks on a small electric commercial model but I am looking now at doing a local Festival coming soon...wish me luck!
Again thanks everyone!
