Hi,
my name is Enrico, I moved from Italy to TX (DFW area) about 9yrs ago. Here, I found the flavor of bbq... I loved it.
Although I had a bar-b-chef charcoal smoker ( http://www.jameshart.com/blog/photos/0505_ribs30.jpg ) for a while I never really used it.
This year I decided to grill a little bit more than usual and I discovered this forum, which is a real trasure.
I am still a beginner and I will probably remain so forever. My grilling adventure has only two requirements: as cheap as possible, as tasty as possible.
This is the grill I made last week, nothing fancy. The t-bone came out juicy, the calzone (ham, mozzarella, sliced hot dogs, tomato sauce) had a good flavor, the bratwurst weren't exceptional but still good to eat. The pizza was ok, but I had troubles cooking the outer crust. I smoked them a bit with apple wood chips. I had a lot of fun.
