| What do you guys use to put your sauce in for use at the table. I use vinegar base sauce that needs to be shaken up and something that doesn't pour out too quickly. Thanks! |

I haven't tried this but I have read that the lid from a disposable parmesan cheese container fits a regular (not wide-mouth) canning jar perfectly. So you could close it to shake it but open it to either shake it on or pour it on.

I use the same ^^^ - they have pretty small openings that I cut wider for thicker sauces, but a basic vinegar will come out pretty quick! You can also find them alot cheaper than the link at ebay - I get them for about a buck a piece at the restaurant depot, have also seen them in dollar stores, I think also at wally world! or

Can definitely find them cheaper, it was just the quickest link to the types of bottles I use that I could find. I used to use those cheap yellow and red ketchup and mustard bottles. |

At the deli we use those plastic bottles mentioned above..
you will have to work at getting the right cut on the spout for the vinegar sauce. I would assume you got red pepper flakes in the sauce and those will plug.. To big an opening and too much sauce. _________________ Chargriller Akorn

| Do you guys have cash and carry stores around your areas? They carry restraunt supplies. I go there to buy meat, charcoal, etc. Spices are usually the best deal there because they carry the bigger containers. They have lots of squirt bottles too. If you don't want to wash out your old ketchup bottles. |
