| I just recently got a masterbuilt electric smoker. I have tried using some wood chips while smoking some sausage. This did not produce much smoke at all. So I have been looking into some type of assistance. I found 3 different types. The Smoke Daddy, The A-Maze-N Pellet smoker. I'm sure they all have pros and cons. So I am coming to the experts. Which do you guys prefer? |

Either one will do the job for you.
The plus for the smoke daddy is that it can mount anywhere on your smoker, and take up virtually NO room inside your smoker. It does a decent job a smoking. It requires a bit more clean-up & maintenance for smoke regulation.
The pluses of the AMAZEN Smoker is it's stupid simple to use and low maintenance. The larger ones will burn/smoke for 14 hours or more. but it does take more 'real estate' in your smoker. You can use the dust or pellets for the amazen.
