Good morning,
I am fairly new to the forum. I teach and coach high school football in central florida. I am currently setting up for a new venture, don't know if i will be ready this summer or after our season is over. I would like to have the capacity to set up a roadside stand and cater. I have been cooking for benefits and for my team for years. Just trying to find a way to pass time when it is slow and maybe make a couple of bucks. Anyways, can someone tell me where to look to begin checking on the rules and regs for what I want to do. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Start at the Health Dept. They should give you a list of what you'll need _________________ Can I get an order of fat, dipped in fat, wrapped with fat with some fat on the side?
