I scored an insulated stainless milk tank yesterday, and now I'm going to make it into a cooker. One question, how much space should I leave between lid and grate if I want to do whole hogs on it sometime? Thanks.

Jeb'sQ, that is a nice score Congrats. Very Happy I would try to get at least 12" to 18" head clearance for a racing style hog.
