Sounds like a lot of fun.
Just a tip when shopping for Japs. Look for the pristine smooth skinned ones for milder flavor. The japs with stretch marks (striations) will be hotter as they have been on the plant longer. _________________ Highly modified Brinkmann Gourmet

Thanks for the tip , most of the ones I see have all sorts of stretch marks.... i will try for the others next time. I read somewhere , maybe even on here , that you can make peppers hotter by stressing them , as in don't water them or high heat etc...
