Two more smokers going together.
Not offset, but the firebox directly underneath with a double wall diffuser plate.
Something like this...

I really like what you are doing there. This is close to the plan I am working on. I am planning to insulate and reverse flow on the vert.

Made some progress. Got the gas shocks installed and racks done. I STOLE Smootz handle design for the shelves!

GF- Yup drain is at bottom of exhaust which is level with Reverse flow plate. It's an experiment, so we will see. I just didn't like the other options for my drain. _________________ Pair...progress
