| I'm cooking shoulders for the first time this weekend. I normally cook butts. So how much should I yield from a 15 lb shoulder? Planning on injecting them and cooking them on my Stretch at 250. Any thoughts? |

Roughly 7.5 lb yield, maybe a little more maybe a little less!
In a stretch ah 250° probably 1:15 - 1:25 /lb ISH! _________________ Here's a change Robert.

A pork butt is the shoulder the other end being the picnic. _________________ Never met a cow that I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.
