Somewhere on this forum a while back, maybe a year ago, somebody posted a link to a smoking device that was built kinda like a maze. It had a path that spiraled around. You fill the passage with sawdust and ignite it, then it would slowly burn down the maze and produce smoke as the smolder followed the maze around. Does anybody recognize this device? Any links to it? I have searched around and simply cannot find any reference to it anywhere.

The amazen smoker is a great lil device for long or short smokes. I've both the pellet and the dust smokers. They're really nice to 'set & forget' and do an great job of providing a steady, low-level supply of smoke. You can increase the amount of smoke by igniting opposite ends of the dust or pellet trail as well.

Smokin bolognas...low & slow....

Pastrami...both ends burning for a shorter, intense smoke.

Amazen use in conjunction with an electric burner for a 'hotter' smoke of Bierwurst...

Thanks Jarhead, that is exactly the item that I was looking for.

Kevin, those are some fine looking pics. I can hardly wait to get mine.
