I'm cooking a party it's 50 ppl. It little league team party. They want pulled pork and chicken quarters how much should I buy of each. Thank you for your help this is my first event I'm catering don't wanna be short food. By the way it's kids and parents that will attend.

typically i figure 3 sammies per pound, and 1 leg 1/4 per serving...cj

....dont forget your weight loss when cooking, i figure 50 % loss and usually im ok,,,,cj
