As I mentioned last week we are hosting our annual pig out for our neighborhood. Here is the PRON to prove it!

Up bright and early after a long night of salad making and prepping. Here the ribs are waiting to get trimmed up and rubbed while waiting for the cooker to come to temp.

A little extra smoke for the day!

3 hours on the ribs and ready for Trigg'n!

Chix and beans getting happy.

Finishing some ribs and smok'n the brats!

Lots of happy people.

All together my cooker spit out 5 slabs of spares, 7 1/2 lbs of beans, 18 chix legs and 18 thighs, 24 brats and from a previous cook 20lbs of pulled pork.

Whew... cleanup is almost finished. Time for an adult bev and hit the sack!

Timmy that's one hell of a spread. Plenty of food and people that's for sure. Was wondering with all those people, was there any rioting when the people were in line pushing to get ahead for the food? Very Happy Very Happy

Tim it looks like you put out a great spread for the neighborhood folks. Looks like the Longhorn put in some overtime this week.

Thanks to everyone for the comments... That was a lot of work and a lot of fun. Now to take care of this sunburn, clean everything and try to figure out what to do with the leftovers!

Looks like you made some neighbors happy. Delicious looking spread. I especially like the last picture of the dessert table.
