We are doing a local rib event this weekend. And am looking for some pricing help.
We will be cooking 72 racks of ribs, and the promoters want everyone to sell at $2 a bone. But we are also allowed to sell other items. So we are planning on selling a brisket sandies, and bean and hashbrown casserole.
Looking fdor help on pricin ghte other items. Right now this is what we have come up with.
Brisket $ 5.50
Beans $ 1.50 4oz
Hash Browns $ 2.00 4oz
If I bump the Brisket and beans up $.50 each and help with change, will it be too much?
Thanks Guys _________________ FEC 500

Never do odd numbers! It will slow your line down and makes you have to carry change.always have even numbers in bill form.I.E 6.00 not 5.50.not only change reasons but that .50 adds up quick in profit. _________________ Good BBQ is all smoke and beers!
