Questions, I need help please read.

Hi guys I'm new to the vender idea. My wife and I are wanting to open up shop at a local flea market.

Few things I need to know is what type of paper work, permits, licenses will I need to open shop. I'll be doing this in Florida.

Secondly I'll need to know some more info on what my P&L would be with chicken quarters & pulled pork...

Give me idea what your offering, what your charging & what your total over all Profit is.

Get in touch with your Health Department first. Let them know what you are planning, ask them what seems like too many questions, and go from there.
They have been very helpful to me, here in Iowa.

I don't mean to sound blunt, but you have a LOT of reading to do, so I'll let you get back to doing that for now.
