| Anyone got a suggestion on how to do boneless butts. My neighbor gave me two 8lb-ers. Is there any tricks to boneless or can I do them as I normally do bone in butts. |

That's how I get them from Costco (boneless).
Just rub 'em up and smoke to your heart's content. |

I tried rubbing with cooking twine... but I didn't like the flavor, so I changed to trussing with cooking twine, and rubbing with a rub... this had a much better chance of working IMO! _________________ Here's a change Robert.
