I've been trying to do a clone of Arthur Bryant's Original Sauce. Just wondering if anyone had a version that was close to the original. I've got it close but not perfect. The recipe below contains all or most of the ingredients from the jar. Try it out if you like. If anyone has a better version or can add or take away from my version and make it better, by all means speak up. Peace.

Arthur Bryant’s Copy
½ cup Distilled Vinegar
1 ½ cups water
½ cup paprika
¼ cup yellow mustard
1/8 cup kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup bacon grease or lard
1 tbsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp molasses
1/4 tsp Xantham Gum (helps to thicken. Use sparingly)

Made that one next to the altered version of the one I posted above. This one wasn't close.
