Well went with something a bit different tonight, Chilli Con Carne in wraps. I cracked lump wood out and to temperature, then the ingredients and then got the mince browned up. Mixed it all together and then got it on the heat at about 325 (wanted it tonight so not to low as I started late Rolling Eyes ) and gave it just under 2 hours. Stirred it a few times and topped up on the sauce so it didn't dry out. Once it was done put that to one side to rest and got the potato wedges on the BBQ in some oil and just as they was finishing put I put the wraps in foil on top for a couple of minutes to warm through.
Man is was super nice and there's some left over for tomorrows lunch Razz which will be even better as Chilli Con Carne strengthens in taste if its left for the night.

Check the link for pictures and again you will have to go right to left as PB loads them back to front Evil or Very Mad

Sorry but I love kidney beans! and these kidney beans are soaked in chilli sauce Razz Just have to keep an eye on it so it don't dry out or get it on earlier at a lower temp but I left it to late to do that.

Its not that we don't like beans, (most Texans are full of beans) we just don't put them in our chili.

Yes but this chilli has beans because I put beans in most my meals, just loooooove kidney beans Razz (also being British we wouldn't know what was real as all the sauce jars, sachets and other pre-packed junk (which I don't use as you can see from my photo) is always advertised with beans. Don't ask me why, always been like it ever since I was able to read food packets. Maybe I'll try a chilli without one day, just to me it feels like something's missing without them Sad
