O.K. Guys, got my CTO smoker. Love everything about it. Now I was wondering if you have any tips or tricks on how to go about cleaning it. I know what the manual states, but wondering if any of you have found a easier method. I want to keep our HD department happy. Thanks for any input.

we had one and ran it every day and night for a year. i drained the grease atleast once a week and scraped the build up off the walls once every two weeks or so. nothing too complex.
