Hey folks. Went to work this morning with my buddy Rick (Canadian Bacon), only to be told to turn around and go home cause the work conditions were pretty damp, if you know what i mean. Like Rick said, what are you still doing here, go home and cook something. So i guess we can't let the guy down huh? So picked up some backs and fired up the WSM and kept my fingers crossed that we didn't get another dumping of rain.

2 backs, membrane out, mustard, 1 rack with Big Rons Original Rub and the other with Cluck & Squeal.

On the smoker with Ono charcoal and cherry for smoke.

Maintained a pretty consistent 235 deg. temp. 5 hrs later, ready to come off.

Decided to try something different i guess. Got some Budweiser Honey BBQ Sauce, Tex Mex mixed cheeses and went the tortilla route.

All pulled and sauced up.

On the tortilla.

I gotta agree with 1buckie ..... very nice "twist" on ribs! Very Happy
Thanks for sharing.

You had rain, I had snow Tuesday morning - enough to cover the grass completely.
All gone now, as it slowly got mild. Cool
