Finally getting around to posting about the shrimp I did last Thursday. Sorry about the delay, but better late than never, right?
Shrimp En Brochette, or Shrimp Brochette or just bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp. How can that not be good? Also had some regular shrimp, corn, andouille sausage and some french bread. All done on the Egg. Love when you can do a whole meal on the grill.

Nice!
I stuff mine with hot horseradish and brush with a little hickory BBQ sauce for an added touch. Discovered that in a restaurant in New Orleans about 20 years ago. _________________ Pat
