| Hello all. We are getting ready for our first event. Luckily it is only 2 miles from the house. My question is, other than food and obvious supplies, what other items do you keep on your trailer. In other words, have you ever shown up to an event and then said "darn I wish I had brought ???". I really appreciate your input. Thanks. |

Paper and pen to write what you forget
Clock/ thermometer to monitor temp, we log everything so if we vend the same event again we gave notes
Plenty of ones, tens and fives and I don't sell them to other vendors typically, I ran out once doing that
We only vend about 15 miles from home at the most and we have our two grown kids that live close and could run us something if we forget or need something.
We have had them get us more buns a few times. _________________ Kurt

I usually have too much I bring.Starting to trim down!Make sure you have a jack, lug wrench, spare tire for the trailer, toolbox with basic tools, screw drivers, wire cutters, zip ties, hammer, etc.and leave them in the trailer!any tools you use in on the trailer live on the trailer sometime you will need to remove that part and you'll have the tool. _________________ Good BBQ is all smoke and beers!
