I had to try this. I love both lasagna and fatties. Very Happy

I sautéed together:
1 sausage, green peppers, onion, canned mushrooms, and minced garlic.

I mixed together:
1 lb of ground beef
3 Hot Italian sausages (just over a pound)
3 Mild Italian sausages (just over a pound)

Rolled out with a light dusting of Italian bread crumbs and rub.

Some Provolone cheese.

Lasagna noodles, sauce, and freshly grated Parmesan.

More Provolone, noodles, sauce, Parmesan, and the sautéed mixture.

Rolled.

Ready for the Prosciutto wrap. This stuff was very thin and a PITA to work with. Crying or Very sad
Used nearly all of these 2 packages. Sorta gave up as I was getting frustrated.

Not the prettiest thing.

We'll just call it 7 lbs, eh?! Confused

Into the beer fridge for a 24 hour rest.
I have to work til midnight, so it will be done Sunday pm.

Are the lasagna noodles pre-cooked?

Nice selection of beer in the fridge. You will also have to explain to our American friends what drink Motts Clamato is used for.... Razz

Thanks for looking everyone!
I know it's April Fool's Day,
but we got a light dusting of snow overnight. Not lying!

I will update the results of this smoke later, for sure!

Yes. Smile

It's used for a Bloody Caesar cocktail. Delicious! Very Happy

It wasn't too bad. I sprinkled some water on the plastic wrap prior to flattening the meat mixture. Works good. I believe I read that in one of Beertooth's many fatty threads. This fatty did not roll into a nice cylinder shape. I just hope no cheese leaks out. Confused

Thanks, Rick! Once the weather warms up,
I can't leave it on the floor of the garage anymore.
So I will have to use the top shelf then. Cool
Of course, then there is a jar or 2, or 4 of pickled eggs in there as well. Wink

Sorry for the delay. I started to make a dent in the 2nd shelf of the beer fridge. Very Happy

Coming off after about 4½ hours.

Resting ....... then cut.

Plated, then covered with some Marinara sauce, and salad.

Not much more to say ......... it was absolutely delicious Exclamation
