| I want to start a small catering business. Should I incorporate or llc or just being a sole proprietor ok? Does anyone have a sample menu I can see to make one of my own. |

Your accountant would be the best resource to determine which level of incorporation would best fit your needs.
The next step should by your local health department to see if you can meet eligibility requirements to legally sell food. _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |
