I'm a Senior in college, my girlfriend bought me a smoker/grill for Christmas a few months ago. It's a CharGriller Super Pro, got a smoker temperature gauge, BBQ Tongs, TTU spatula, wood chip smoker chamber and much more. Been smoking various meats (chicken, ribs, brisket etc) for about a month now and getting pretty good at it. Going to add the fire chamber soon after I graduate and love BBQing for football and baseball games.
Anyways, I'm new but I'm getting pretty good. I guess practice makes perfect.  |

| Thanks guys, I also eventually want to get the Big Green Egg eventually for a smoking only BBQ. Any thoughts on that? I've only heard great things about it. |
