I have a job coming up and I need to do sweet, unsweet tea and lemonade for 350 people. Does anybody have any suggestions on products used to make this much tea? Any and all suggestions welcomed and appreciated.

I found this site while searching for concentrated tea products and purchased a.... "MIXED case, 12 x 4oz (3 gallon yield)"
You`ll find it about half way down this page.

Tried it and its not too bad... granted its not fresh brewed tea but each 4oz bottle makes 3 gallons. This mixed case will get you all the products your looking for and for 58.00 shipped. The products are sugar free sweetened with "splenda" i believe. Easy to mix and great for bulk orders & such.
I served the regular tea & lemonade to a family reunion group of 100 last year & no one complained. You`ll get a free 3 gallon serving dispenser with a case order, pictured below the mixed case description. I thought it was worth the money to at least try it, plus the free dispenser kinda pushed me over the edge. Rolling Eyes

We do tea concentrate. Use bulk black tea and get a couple 3 inch tea balls. Make the concentrate the same way you would brew normal tea, just much stronger. We then do a simple syrup or bar syrup for sweetening. Bar syrup makes mixing very easy, no undisolved sugar. We measure out the right portions for the container, then dump one container of concentrate tea and one of syrup in with ice and water, quick mix and your done.
We don't do lemonade, but I'd probably do it about the same way, make a Lemon and simple syrup concentrate.

I forgot that I posted this? Thanks for the responses. Here is what I ended up doing and it worked really good. I took Cambro insulated drink dispensers hold a little over 10 gallons. Filled 3/4 the way with hot water threw in 4 of the big tea bags that make 3 gallons each. Put the lid on and let brew about 1 hr. poured in about 16 cups of sugar and topped with ice. Turned out great.
