Hello everyone,
Does anyone have a great marinade for carne asada? I'm going to make some ribs but I have a few family members wanting some grilled meat. Thank you in advance.

Here's one that I like a lot.

1/4 cup light olive oil
1 cup malt vinegar
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1 cup water
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
