Good Day fellow barbeque and grilling fanatics!
My name is Chris and I live in California. MY grandfather was an Executive Chef and taught me how to cook both indoors and out. I picked up my love of slow bbq'n and grilling from him and have been doing it all of my life. I have built a platform around my kettles so my 5 year old daughter can help. She said she could not see in to help daddy cook. We are making it a family affair!
I have a Weber Ranch Kettle for the parties and a Weber 22 1/2" Kettle (on it's 12th year!) for the every day stuff.
This community here is great and I look forward to the advice I can get and maybe even helping out a little!
Best Wishes from my family to all of yours!

Hi Chris, good having you here on the Ring. It's great that you're getting your daughter involved in "Q"ing. You'll find other chef's on the site and should be able to pick up hints and give hints on fine Q'dom.

I have lived here about 8 years now. My wife is from here.

If you're ever coming to town let me know.

No problem Mike, I don't get down there much anymore but who knows. Our oldest son wants to visit Wright-Patterson so who knows?
