Hi all. I am new on here, and 2 other boards as well that some of you may be on. I also joined smoked-meat, and bbg-brethren just for various amounts of knowledge for a new person.
I am new to smoking. I built my first ever smoker last weekend. a 55 gal UDS with 2 racks...and currently am waiting to find a weber style lid.
So far I have done 1 8# butt that I made pulled pork out of. Surprisingly , it came out excellent!
Anyways, Hi! |

No pics, it didn't happen. Other than that welcome to the Ring. UDS are great smokers and there is a pile of info here on them. Glad your first cook was a win, now get some pics out here and make us drool. _________________ GreenSmoker / Steve C.
