Hey from central Texas

Howdy Everybody! My name is WR & I'm from a small town in central Texas. I've been lurking for a while now & finally registered to join in the discussions. Been smoking for most of my life & have had numerous pits over the years. Currently we (wife & I) have a home made pit (7'X3'). Mostly we smoke wild game (hogs & deer), although we also do a fair amount of brisket and chicken as well...
