Oh, YEAH Rick!!!
Way Cool!
It's that time of year ,so's it's time to go shopping for loins!
The last two times I made these up,I used Your curing recipe!
I wouldn't change a thing Now!
On another note...Have You used Your Smoke Pistol Much?
I tried mine once with my Weber gas grill and after that I threw
it in the back of the Barbecue cabinet drawer ...It's still there.
Once again...Super Nice, Rick...Super Nice!

Tony I used a few times last year....I really only have a use for it in the winter months for cold smokin somethings,I still have plans for it this year....just not ready for it yet.
