Finished late last night, and forgot to take a picture of it before digging into it... was a bit excited haha.
Anyway, everything turned out great, thanks to a lot of input from you all. Meat just falls apart, has a great smokey flavor, and a medium smokey/spicey crust. Absolutely amazing. =)
On to my first BBQ p*rn;
Thanks everyone, for helping this newbie out. rygleason - loved your pics bro! Glad yours turned out great too. =) _________________ Dead Animal and Fire... It's a Beautiful Thing. |

Thanks guys! I'm already trying to decide what my next slab of meat will be. The pulled pork was great, and it's forgiving to a newbie. I'm thinking a couple more of those first will be in order... Then again... some zesty beef ribs sounds great. _________________ Dead Animal and Fire... It's a Beautiful Thing. |
