|
An ol feller from south Texas showed me this guacamole recipe in 1980. I didn't think i would ever try anything that had an Avacado in it.This stuff isn't appealing to the eye but, any one of my friends could eat it by the spoonful.Hope y'all like it too!
2-3 avacados (mashed with a fork)
1-2 tbls worchestershire sauce
3-5 tbls Pace (picante) sauce
1/2 the juice of one lime
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp blk pepper
Mash the Avacados with a fork leaving small 1/4-3/8 chunks.DO NOT use a blender.Start with the lesser amounts of worchestershire and Pace.Add to your liken'.When all mixed, this guacamole will be more brown than green.Add to chicken or beef fajitas w/o any other toppings(lettuce, tomato, cheese) except for hot sauce if needed. |

Do I have to use 1/2 the juice of one lime or can I use all the juice from 1/2 a lime... because I find that easier to do? _________________ JM2C, BWTFDIK, YMMV, MDN!

| Good deal GF ! Let me know what you think. We ALWAYS run out of it when i cook fajitas. It should be a light brown when it's all mixed. If not,use a little more worchestershire & picante sauce. |
