Our first cold snap yesterday, prompted me to make veggie soup.
I got 4lbs of Shoulder roast and the other goodies.
Seasoned the roast and added some water.
On the Kettle.
Done in 2hrs.
Diced.
In the pot with the veggies.
Ready.

Nice dear lady. Surprised the "tiny dancer" isn't carrying around a large "kettle" to his front with feeds like that.
Course if he did the dance moves would be way less amusing. _________________ GreenSmoker / Steve C.

That's a FINE looking bowl of goodness right there! I loves me some beef veggie soup. I really like how you cooked the meat in the pan on the kettle. I usually just brown my meat in a CI skillet, but I'm thinking your way is much better. Got this thread bookmarked . _________________ The Matt Ryan of LIARS! (#2)

Oh Yes! Great looking comfort food. We hit 22F this morning and I sure could have scarfed down a bowl or two of that after running my errands this morning. _________________ I was taught to respect my elders. It's just getting harder to find them.

While chicken soup may be considered "Jewish Penicillin" the real variety works wonders Tony!
