Alien Butt Juice

Here is a finishing sauce that you will just love (if you can get past the name.)
It is a lite sauce that can be drizzled over pulled pork and is not too vinegary or too sweet.

The ingredients:
4 oz. White Rum
8 oz. Yoshidas Gourmet sauce
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Sri Racha
3 tbsp. Sweet Balsamic vinegar
1 Cup Tomato Ketchup
4 tbsp. Ginger Oil

Mix in a bowl and use as a finishing sauce on pulled pork. *** If you want the alcohol content out of the sauce place the mixture in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
This also make a great injectable sauce as well.

That sounds good! I will have to give it a try.

Where can I find Sri Racha? I have seen it in many of your recipe's and others, but can never find it in the store. Am I looking in the right spot?

Thanks!

If your grocer has a specialty foods section, look with the oriental foods. Usually comes in a clear bottle with a big rooster on the front.

Thanks for the help! That pic should make it easier. Both grocers I go to have a pretty good selection of oriental foods. Hopefully one of them will have it.

I have a "butt juice" concoction that I use on pulled pork as well, and that's what I always called it. I... uh... well, maybe I lived a sheltered life, but I was not aware of the other... er... definitions of that phrase. First time I knew there was anything questionable about it was about three years ago at a BBQ-Forum get-together (aka the "Big Cabin Mid-Winter Bluegrass and BBQ Jambalaya Jam"). Anyway, Chez John Eddy raised an eyebrow when he saw the pint jar with "Butt Juice" written on the lid. But, being the gentleman he is, he didn't actually say anything.

Now I try to say "butt moisturizer", but, unfortunately, that doesn't really come out any better. Ah well, whatever we call it, it's good on pork and people like it, and that's what counts, eh?! Very Happy

I'd much rather have a nice moist butt than a dry butt, any day. Unless, of course, my grandkids would be the owners of the aforementioned butts. That's when I'd say "Grandma! It's your turn with the kids." Very Happy

Tired of those long lines at the meat counter?
If ya want to get there faster just make a few observations like:
"Nice butt"
"That butt could use a trim"
"Excuse me sir let me grab that butt"
and if that don`t get em to move a little faster just tell em.....
"man i can`t wait to get home and try out Aliens new butt juice"
Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Just my two cents....... Wink

I still say it's so memorable, that it has some merit. Knowing how reliable my better judgement is though, it is probably over the line. Cool

Well, Roxy, I'm going through that crap right now, or I guess it would actually be more correct to say that crap is going right through me now. Ain't the flu wunnerful? Maybe if I'd grab some of the Sirache sauce right off the shelf, it might put an end to my miseries.
