Hi there all you Smokers out there .... this is a must cook

It is a Beef & Potato casserole with sliced onions, diced red peppers, cream of mushroom soup, and graded cheese. I thought this would be good smoked up, but it was even better than I thought it would be. It took on that hickory smoke and had an amazing flavor. You won't be disappointed in this one.

So go fire up those smokers and give it a try .... you'll be glad you did.
