I really like this method when I'm cooking just 1 or 2 steaks or if I need to get a good sear on my beef. I've only done this a couple of times but so far I like the way my steaks have turned out. Next time I'm going to try it with an expensive piece of meat.

| Hey MacEggs. Thanks for lookin'. Yeah it cooks real fast about 2 minutes per side. That was cooked to medium. It was a cheep strip steak and the cheeper the beef the more I cook it. |
