Thank you for your kind words. I look forward to growing with this community, contributing practical knowledge and application as warranted.
From a personal standpoint, my BBQ specialty is St. Louis style pork ribs, country style ribs, the occasional pork roast, and fowl. Over the past decade, I have spent countless hours and ruined more choice cuts of meat trying to create consistency in flavor, yield, and technique.
Save for a butterfly vent I added, my humble pit grill does not resemble anything I have seen on this site. So plans are being drawn to build a respectable grill, with on-board refrigeration using the the dependable hardware products we sell. Hence the reason we're here.
