Hi All,
I'm from Worscestershire England, really fancy the idea of sticking huge lumps of pig and cow in to a drum and leaving it to sort it's self out. The only down side is that I've no idea on what I'm doing or looking out for, which makes it a bit more difficult because I plan to make my own.
Anyway I'll stop rambling and get on reserching.
