I had a couple 10.oz Strip Loins that I brushed with EVOO and seasoned with sea salt, cracked pepper and garlic,I threw them on the grill over direct heat and give them about 4 minutes aside,I threw a few shrimp on that were marinading in evoo, salt, pepper, garlic and some dried crushed habs for a splash of heat.Had some sliced cucumbers and sauteed shrooms on the side.Nothing special, but a great meal in under 10 minutes.

That looks sooo good. The next time I fire up the grill it will be steak and shrimp for sure. Good work!

Low & slow is great but this shows there are other ways to cook. Great pres. & looks like a super meal. The other night I decided to do surf & turf. So NY strips, & oysters cracked, with maters, onions, & cukes with balsamic- all in less than 20 min.....

thats what i'm talking about , 10 min and done on a perfect meal !! your cukes reminded me of a recipe my gramma, my mom , and now i make . slice the cukes just like you show in the pic, slice up an onion ( real thin ) add both to a bowl then add a heaping tablespoon of sour cream then 2 or 3 or 4 tablespoons of white vinegar, mix it all together, yummy. play with the sour cream and vinegar to taste
