Hey everyone, I'm getting started on making my homemade corned beef which comes out great everytime!
I'm boiling the brine tonight and letting it get cold, and as I started doing the brine and putting everything in the pot, I realize my recipe called for the "pink" curing salt, but I only have the "white" DQ curing salt #2.
Do you think it will make that much of a difference?
