I know more of us are watching what we eat these days, and grilling just doesn't scream 'health food', so I thought I'd post this for those of us that are looking to lighten up once and awhile on the grill. Good tips and pointers along with some tasty sounding recipes.

I already did both of em, enjoy 2nds guys....
