So my wife is always on the hunt for BBQ/grilling/man food books at the 2nd hand stores. She scored a gem on this one.
Its written by Phil Brittin and Joseph Daniel, and copyrighted in 1982.
It is written in 4 major sections. BBQ, Chili, Tex-Mex, and Traditional. There is plenty of lore to go with the recipes to keep it entertaining. After reading through the chili recipes i found a method and blended a few recipes to make a really good pot of chili. I recommend this book just for reading and i cant find a bad recipe. _________________ #3 LIAR

A cool cookbook. I got my copy 30 years ago while on a business trip in Austin, TX.
