Here's a few pix from the High Sierra Music Festival in Quincy CA. over 4th of July...

Breakfast on my gas box~~~> Can't use charcoal as people are really packed in close camping
& fires would really wreak havoc...

Had to delete some photos & hit the wrong button a few times & ended up w/ only a few of the food

Rice, re-heated 'turds smoked at home ,& pork & chicken kabobs

Running everything on my little 2 burner & a pea shooter Sunbeam gas grill & then I take hors' de 'ovuers (sp?)
down to my friend's camp at the other end of the fairgrounds...........

THESE GUYS got it together !!!

Large propane oven...3 burner....

3 door stainless electric 'fridge

Gumbo, pulled pork sammies out the wazoo, great slaw ,Throwdown every nite @ 8 pm
This is Micheal Trevors, caterer from Seattle area
He drives all this stuff down to No. Calif. every year just to cook for friends.....

And Chef Larry..raunt owner (New Orleans, previously)
& culinary instructor (currently Riverside, CA)

I learn a lot just watching these guys work....
They got just the right attitude to get things right....
It's an absolute pleasure to call them friends.....

Piles of great food !!!

And fun @ the Festivaaaaalllllll......
