I've done some searching but can't find what I'm looking for. I've also seen a few apps but none have good reviews. I see wood all over the place it seems but never know what kind it is. Plus everyone around here seems to think they know everything about trees but have found much of what they know to be false. Just wondering if theirs a site or something that could help identifying wood. Especially by bark.
Thanks in advance.

I've had success at state university extension services.

You might be able to find a satellite office near you. _________________ I was taught to respect my elders. It's just getting harder to find them.
